Kelowna Klips

We had an absolutely fantastic time with the family.

(I did not pay anyone for the pic)

Our meal at the Fogg and Suds was superb as always, compliments to the chef.

From car purchasing to pancakes to ham & tomato sandwiches we were right at home with Scott and Nics.

Back at Hailey and Ryan’s home we enjoyed Ryan’s cooking and Tasha and Hailey’s horsing around.

This shot only took about 30 attempts to get it right.

The Wine tasting was a definite highlight and so we decided to rate or favorite bottles (we bought at least one bottle from each winery). The rating goes from BEST # 1 to WORST #5…but actually none of them were bad, however, some were preferred more than others. Hopefully the pics are clear enough for you to see the labels.

Quail’s Gate Merlot

Mt. Boucherie Merlot

Mr. Boucherie Gerwurztraminer

Little Straw Pinot Noir

Little Straw Tapestry

Little Straw Sauvignon Blanc

Well, as you can imagine a day of testing wine is rather tiring, so Tasha, Hailey, and I decided that we better freshen up a bit…

What beautiful sisterly love.

Looking good sista.

And she didn’t even have a sip of these.

Finally I would like to say that I did indeed save the best for last, the Ponderosa Annual, which I was waiting for all summer.

Shamble Rambles

What a crew of good people were joined together at one of the greatest parties on this planet!

The days were filled with laughter and the nights with celebration.

Various people, from various groups, told me it was a life changing experience…yes, indeed, welcome to my world and the place that brought me to my lover Tasha.

We have never found a place more full of adventure, openess, and spirit.

Every year presents a whole new story, filled with journeys only read in children’s fantasy books by most, but a lucky 10,000 find that it does not need to be a fantasy.

We will load up most of our pictures to a site called shutterfly, and send you the link if you so kindly make a comment on this blog and leave us your email adress.

Lots of love to those people that made the weekend such a moving experience.

To the Fly Fisherboy

We heard that there’s this wicked fly fisherman out there in Galiano…however, I do believe he is still a boy, and a rad boy at that. We dedicate this post to MAX.

Till the next time we dance.
